Reward Purchases

HOUSING REWARDS
All characters arriving in Rosavelle are offered free housing within the Castle grounds, but for those looking to personalize their space or for characters who'd rather live among the locals, you've got options!

Housing upgrades let you customize your living space or even allow you to pool your points and purchase a property elsewhere in Rosavelle entirely. Want a little canal-side apartment in Menthward? A cozy seaside cottage in Maerlys? A fancier address in Bellvine Hill? It's all possible with the right upgrades.

Depending on the district, you’ll be able to buy housing of different sizes: Small, Medium and Large. Each property size can comfortably accommodate up to two, four and six occupants respectively. You also have the option of purchasing a furnished (F) or unfurnished (UnF) property depending on your budget and if you feel like getting your interior designer on.

Once you own property, you can still purchase upgrades for it! Regardless of whether you're upgrading the default housing or a new space, housing upgrades can be stacked and combined however you like, letting you design a space that feels unique to your character. Mix and match upgrades to create a space that matches your character!

District Housing Overview:
Menthward: Affordable, lively, and practical. Houseboats, small canal-side apartments, and cozy flats tucked above bustling shops. Spaces are compact but charming, ideal for those who love being in the heart of the action. Housing here maxes out at Medium size.

Primavain: Eclectic, colorful homes with easy access to workshops and markets. Lofts, artist studios, and flower-draped townhouses are common. Like Menthward, housing here caps at Medium size.

Maerlys: Seaside cottages, fisher's homes, and functional coastal spaces dominate. Interiors tend to be simple and sturdy, perfect for those who value practicality, ocean views, and direct access to the sea.

Bellvine Hill: Elegant villas, sprawling manors, and flower-covered estates overlooking the sea. Bellvine homes are prestigious, spacious, and designed for luxury. These are the largest and priciest properties available.

Purchasing housing rewards is simple! Just fill out the form below and drop it into the comments. Just as players are trusted to track their own money ICly, it's totally up to you how your character is paying for their property and you're even free to just handwave it if that's not interesting for you to play.

TRINKETS
"Trinket" is our catch-all term for small magical items, though don't let the word fool you into thinking it has to be a literal charm or necklace. Your trinket reward could be an enchanted pastry, a self-winding music box, or a cool jacket – pretty much anything that reasonably fits the magical effect you're going for.

Trinkets are the easiest way for characters to access small, everyday magical items without needing to dive headfirst into Bloomcraft study. They're a great option for flavor, convenience, or if you want to surprise a character's friend with a little present.

You don't need to spend points every time your character gets a new outfit, grabs coffee, or picks up random non-magical knick-knacks. Trinket purchases only apply to items that have a meaningful gameplay or IC impact. Basically, we trust you to use your common sense and if you're ever unsure if something qualifies as a trinket, just check in with us!
